“The classroom is more than an academic pursuit unto itself–it’s a place to discover and enter into the ongoing dialogue of thought and art.””
Nicholas Roux chairs the 英语 部门 at The Academy and also teaches philosophy and creative writing.
He attended Kenyon College, where he earned a Bachelor of 艺术 in 英语, with concentrations in Creative Writing and Humane Studies, and served as a student associate for The Kenyon Review. Roux maintains that "Giving students the ability to not only think critically about literature, but also their own and others artistic work, is a great part of teaching at The Academy. The classroom is more than an academic pursuit unto itself–it's a place to discover and enter into the ongoing dialogue of thought and art."
